Thinking in Beads

Do you think in Beads? I posted as my status the other day on Facebook that I thought if I hit my head with my hand, beads might roll out my ear. Seriously…do you all compare things you see to beads?

For instance, I must confess, had to buy an eye cream…hmmm…wrinkles, must be all that beading…anywhoo…it said to apply a pearl size amount, really, a 6mm or 8mm pearl or maybe they meant a 4mm…these were the thoughts running through my mind!

I spoke about color inspiration already, but if I didn’t think “beady” would I look at those wonderful sunsets that we have here in Texas with the Indian Pink and Padparadscha hued clouds the same? Ha! Padparadscha Bicone

After my chain earring video, someone said she uses an 8mm bead as measurement for 3/8″…she measures in beads…I thought how clever!

I sometimes dream about beads…I dress around what jewelry I want to wear, I guess bottom line is, I like beads and I love working with them. I have caught the bead bug, thanks to my Grandmother, Ruby, oh…a beady name…must be fate that at age 5 she taught me to bead and I have made a living out of something I love…beads!

I guess it is okay to say that beading does get in your head, your thoughts and so perhaps they will not roll out my ear…but maybe off of it!

Keep having beady thoughts and let me hear how beading infuses your life!
